The best thing about this place was how peaceful it was, and the staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help us out. 🌟 Another great thing was that the room rate also covered our breakfast, so that was a really nice touch. Plus, the price we paid for all this was only $62, which was a fantastic deal.

The hotel is spotlessly clean with perfectly clean rooms. The staff is very very helpful. The Bistro and airport are outstanding. The rooms come with coffee and mini-fridges. The waitress at the café is sweet and thoughtful. It was a wonderful stay for the weekend.

The location is great, just a stone's throw away from a fantastic café run by a kind waitress, and I've been coming here six times a year for the past four years, and the rooms come with breakfast included.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the daytime staff at the reception and breakfast bar were kind and helpful. The hotel facilities were great, including the grill for breakfast where the staff remembered our order from the day before. The location was perfect, very close to downtown Chicago and easy to navigate the train system. The staff made our stay even better with their friendly and welcoming attitude.

It's perfectly clean hotel with perfectly clean and absolutely perfect rooms and very helpful staff. The property has a favourable and unbeatable location, close to an outstanding food beverage cafe. The venue provides an outstanding service. If you need, they offer fast internet.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and bug-free. I loved having a balcony, which was also clean and well-maintained. The housekeeping staff was wonderful and always made sure everything was cleaned and restocked. The hotel facilities were nice, with a beautiful lobby and a clean pool area. The courtyard area was lovely and had comfortable seating. The grounds were well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

Clean hotel, friendly staff. Good breakfast grill with a nice selection. Convenient room setup, though more overhead lighting would be helpful. TV placement and ability to turn it towards the desk is a plus. Josh provided great dining recommendations and directions. The maps at the front desk were useful. Enjoyed the comfortable bed and balcony. Would love a later checkout time.
